their empathy stands out most, but I think overall hubspot has really strong PEOPLE leaders
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I know for the work my role entails and my background/additional education that I am very underpaid compared to peers in the Boston area/with similar job responsibilities and experience. I think a big part of this is title doesn't match my role and the team doesn't comp extra for grad degrees
