I am highly satisfied with our ESPP, converting part of our base into stock purchasing that is actionable faster than the typical stock grants

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
It feels like I am carrying the load of multiple people's jobs in my one role. I also believe I am paid far less than my peers despite doing a lot of work and bringing a lot of impact for the company
