Stocks - RSUs and the stock purchase program. Also the new manager bonus that's now been rolled out. The new pay ranges
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I took a significantly (-$20K) lower salary for the same role when I came to HubSpot and have just started making what I used to make 2 years later.
