I've been at HubSpot for over 6 years, and in this time I've always felt supported by my direct team as well as upper mgmt. Everyone I encounter is empathetic and adaptable, looking for the best way to work together to solve for the customer.

I've a bit of a niche role within my department, so it seems that my mgmt team doesn't fully understand my value to the team as it's not as analytic as the other specialty roles
