Very good culture, the team are super nice and the level of transparency incredible. The work - life balance is not ideal though, we are being constantly pushed to over perform, which is really hard considering the lockdown situations and restrictions.

Compensation is lower than other tech companies in Dublin. We also lost the in-office benefits like the lunches and haven't seen other ones replace them

The opportunity to grow and upskill constantly. The meetings with external personalities to get external insights and continue to learn. The global visibility growing in the business
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
We are being paid lower compared to competition in Dublin, I'd love the company to align salaries to help us cope with inflation and better achieve our personal goals. Benefits are good but when you want a mortgage only the salary counts
