Frequently visible and open. Transparent in admitting when we're working on it but unsure. Confident to admit omissions and deprioritize.

Everyone is trying to make it work. They're all very bright and make me want to do a better job myself.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Ability to start new programs where we think it's needed, but the general support of the L&D and people ops teams

Our executives are clear, thoughtful, and decisive. I admire and learn from Yamini, Kate, Katie, Andy all the time and am often proud to be represented by their voices and actions.
