I've worked and Google and Microsoft and this place is so much better
I like the company but I dislike the workload and resulting impact on my life
They care about and support each other
The lack of politics and back stabbing
Our CEO and her connection to the company
Our RSU program and the opportunity it provides
Their willingness to support each other
Our policy for Using Good Judgement
The opportunities and challenges I face
The huge opportunity we have and our mission
I like all their Candour
I can influence my compensation
Sharing, caring, empathy, collaboration, respect
Helping others to overcome challenges and inspiring others to achieve better outcomes
I feel the amount of effort / required by this role and the salary and lack of benefits like healthcare and a corporate credit card is an unbalanced equation.
We need a stronger learning culture at HubSpot and the time to learn. We also need an environment where people feel like an unlimited leave policy can actually be used without ramifications for their role and future at HubSpot. Perceived benefits are not real benefits since people cannot use them
