Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Pay support reps more. The work we do and the pay we receive is unsustainable and the raises are still low.

When you compare the numbers for a Support Specialist salary at HubSpot to other companies, we are SEVERELY underpaid. I think we deserve more of a raise for the work we put in as frontline support.
