Briefly describe your overall experience at your company
It has been positive, but the Support and Services departments are some of the most underresourced, dysfunctional places. When Marketing is getting monthly dept holidays and massive pay raises (to be in the middle of their pay bands), and we are getting poor management and low pay, it's tough.

i like working with happy customers. coworkers.

I love how inclusive it is. How parent-friendly. How kind everyone is.

TC leadership is dysfunctional at best. Executive leadership seems very competent and transparent.

they are making the best of a manager who is micromanaging us while having no clue what he is doing.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I came into my new role internally with much more experience than people in senior levels making much more than me. I have just as much workload as them (and even spent weeks training Senior TCs), but I was denied even the smallest request ~2k of a higher salary.
