They are personable and care about me as a team member, given there isn't much left to enjoy about working for HubSpot anymore the people is something that makes me want to continue working here.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Internally promoted BDR > SB Rep goes to a L1 and therefore paid less than an external hire who goes into a SB L2 seat. This is ridiculous, how is it that we do the same job, carry the same quota and stress but are undervalued by being paid less. Pretty demotivating.
