No capped commission, the % between base and commission is fair and incentivises
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Transparency - always really clear with the company's direction and our goals. During Covid, this was even more apparent and valuable.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Incredibly helpful, smart, driven people. Always ready to jump on a call with me and help. They also have a great sense of humour/ we have a lot of fun.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyones ready to help, friendly, great energy. The office was always a friendly and welcoming place. It's harder to achieve when working from home, but think the sydney team and our team on a smaller level is doing well to stay connected and social.
