transparent, communicates company goals, can see they try tho the execution might not be the best

i like the work that i do, being able to work with my own team and different stakeholders. learning about new things and tackling in region processes and projects
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
my salary has been stagnant the past few years even after going over and above what is required. not sure what is the baseline on deciding who gets what increase, very frustrating
