I feel that the quality of the leadership does not help to develop, coach or retain us.

Internal employees with less years of experience are paid more. There could be a more equitable review of compensation for current employees.
There was salary increments - both off cycle and ACR . However that was based off my current pay. I feel that there is still a gap between my current compensation and what the market is paying and there should be an adjustment base on market rate instead of basing on current salary
