they always try hard to give us good benefit

locally,they're cooperative smart and kind
What is the best part about your compensation package?
the high base pay. but I wish we could have stock options too for people ops

They understand that employees need work life balance and actually honour their promises to work towards that
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
People generally are very helpful, and I have yet to meet someone truly malicious (unlike my other workplaces)
What are some of the best things about your team?
My direct team is so supportive, smart and always ready to help/give feedback. I genuinely love my team and my manager
What is the best part about your compensation package?
It's enough for me to be comfortable and it's higher than local SMEs, but that said for my role we're not paid as much as big firms like Tiktok etc.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
For me personally I just always get nervous because the direction for my team is very unclear. In the country I work in, I also am aware that Global invests less in us, and we don't perform as well because nothing is done the way it should be in a local way. I often fear I'll lose my job
