Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The amountof money compared with a Support rep is not a big difference, compared with CSM, Onboarding managers, we think that for the job we do that's mostly Customer Experience, reducing pain and connecting support teams is not a competitive salary.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Even though there have been chsnged all along the time ive been here gheres ine thing that has change for worst. Most of the people feels like numbers and machines. Mostly because of management of specific managers. Doing witch hunt to older reps.
