Everyone is striving to grow and learn. When people make mistakes folks usually assume good intent and are able to work through it quickly.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
HubSpot compensation in strategy and ops teams seems to be 20% to 30% below market for similar tech companies. If HubSpot were to increase compensation, I'd feel better.
