My team is smart, willing to help, and friendly! I like that we share personal things with each other. It feels like I'm working with friends.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are humble, share the projects they're working on, invested in our happiness and open to feedback (but use judgment based on their expertise on whether it should be implemented)
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Flexible time off makes being a working mom so much easier. No need to log half days off for a doctor appointment. It truly makes me feel like I'm cared about and less stressed that I can work how/when I want to get my job done.
