
Leadership truly cares about its employees' mental health, this is evidenced by consistent communication about taking breaks and rest (e.g. Global Week of Rest, No meeting Fridays) and investing in mental wellness support (e.g. Modern Health).
Always happy to provide help and solve problems together. I know they will always have my back and vice versa. My team also cares a lot about DI&B and are doing their best to incorporate these into their day-to-day.
Employees including myself have been asking more transparency around so-called "compensation bands". This feels like a black hole at the moment. Ironically, it's only when interviewing at other companies that I can get a better sense of what I'm worth compensation-wise.
