What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
HubSpot has very strong values and holds to them. I love how they truly live by HEART and the Culture Code. This is a culture first company and I absolutely love that.
What makes you most happy at work?
The work that I do. I have the opportunity to empower managers to grow and do their best work. I am challenged, I have the ability to leverage my strengths, and I can try out new things. I truly love what I do!
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They listen to feedback and act upon it. If they choose to not act upon it, they tell you why. HubSpot is very transparent. I also appreciate how committed this company is to diversity and inclusion work. They truly are leading the way in the tech industry.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
HubSpot often provides a new employee stock package which is great! They have a lot of mental health resources which I greatly appreciate it. I love how our benefits and comp teams are consistently looking for ways to continue to improve the employee compensation and benefits package.
What are some of the best things about your team?
HubSpot is a place where you can truly be your authentic self and it's celebrated. I also love that I don't have to worry that my colleagues are trying to undermine or back stab you. I can truly assume positive intent at HubSpot. Everyone wants to do a great job and help others do so too!
