My experience has been great so far- I've really enjoyed the people and culture the most. I think the hardest part is being a new employee and the onboarding process. I've put in 10-12 hour days just to try and stay afloat. I wish there was a different structure to the learning process/curve.

Everyone is kind, willing to help, teach, lend a hand, and provide advice when needed
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I havent met one person who hasn't shown empathy or kindness. The generosity goes above and beyond my expectations
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Since we work remotely, I feel like we should be fairly compensated with other reps with the same tenure in our region/area to other comparable companies
