I love working for HubSpot. They are a genuine people first company and very organised. Not everything is perfect (in any place) but there is a huge commitment to improve. The leadership team takes in feedback and responds.

I love working here - the energy is great, and the people are amazing. When you get to know someone new, you really know they are a HubSpotter, because you instantly vibe with them. I've never felt like this in any other company, where everyone is just so invested in the mission.

Their vulnerability and transparency. It's great to see that these big leaders are humans at the end of the day - and they regard us that way as well. I also really appreciate their transparency and clear goal setting.
