They are invested in the success of HS and my success in HS. They are approachable and understanding. They go above and beyond so that my transition is successful.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I am fairly new and still evaluating it but at this stage I will say Insurance (and related benefits) + learning and development budget (and access to learning resources)
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Inclusive culture. HS is tackling this like Impostor Syndrome from day 1. Managers stress the importance of work-life balance & lead by example in the same time stressing top performance is key. Resources to upskill are readily available
