They are really transparent about what is feasible and what are the challenges.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel that is mostly due how hot is the technology market at this time. When I compare my salary with other people working for Facebook, Google, Amazon and other big tech companies it is bellow their range.
