What do you like best about the leadership team?
The executive team's transparency with the entire org is truly amazing. I have never felt so included in the goings on of an organization I worked for. It's clear that leadership is mission-driven and genuinely cares about modeling the culture of HubSpot and the values.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone is incredible supportive. As a new team member working 100% remote, sometimes it can be hard to ask for help due to fear of bothering people. At HubSpot, my immediate team and everyone I have met so far has been very quit to offer help and guidance. It's very refreshing.
