too good ro be true. lack of organization but the company is growing at a rapid pace.
Briefly describe your overall experience at your company
Never was given a real shot to grow. Had high manager turnover and the goal post moves every year. Salary does not match my value or experience. Each manager I get is overworked and has no time for growth or development for us. I am surviving rather than working, not the best feeling.

Im at the bottom range of my compensation while performing over companies expectations per ACR performance feedback.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Internal Mobility and Retention at the Middle line Manager. To many revolving doors of management created a lot of inconsistencies for ICs and lack of growth.
