HubSpot is unique in a very good way. It has its challenges as do all companies, however it can be frustrating at how many of our challenges are self imposed. That said, new leadership is bringing new perspectives to take us to the next level.

Transparency and clarity. The new executives are challenging old norms that are right to be challenged.
