A regular bonus structure, not solely RSU based

Psychological safety, improving our DI&B efforts within our team and when facilitating learning programs, always being there to help one another, driven, ability to GSD and UGJ
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
We were told we're being paid at market, but it's hard to believe them. Many of my network in similar companies get paid an actual bonus and a better 401k match.
