What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
IF I put the time in, I'll learn so I can move on to a new position.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Constantly feeling overwhelmed while not hitting milestones but having a full inbox of tickets that I do not know the answer to and being told that I should just ask for help is not worth the pay. It feels like HS is asking too much for very little.
