Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Very significant differences in different Orgs (marketing vs services or sales). In 3 years in the company only received a salary increase once of 3%. Not a competitive salary in comparison to other tech companies. No stock options offered after joining.
What are some of the best things about your team?
They are very smart and empathetic people. It's a joy to work with them. As a small team we strongly rely on each other for things to run smoothly. Reliability is a must. People on my team are also very kind and caring people which makes work a lot easier.
