The people I work with. Their eagerness to help each other is amazing.

Unlimited PTO. I believe this fosters trust between the company and their employees and even productivity.

Dicersity and their knowledge. The only flaw is working remotely makes it hard to interact as much and build stronger bonds if you are not on the direct team.

Unlimited time off. I think this is very smart since employees will probably perform better when they have control of the days they work. It is also a perk not all companies offer which increases retention
