I work in the retail store and benefits , salary are lower than the corp., environment.

They make the work day fun. If we don't have a bit of fun and become close with each other then this job would drive me crazy. It feels like family.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Fairness. At each meeting, we are told that if we don't make our Icap goal we can look for cut hrs or layoffs. so depressing when we see how the economy is still slow and other stores are in the same pickle. It's a downer to hear nothing positive to start your day and no add'l help when needed.

The company is so very outdated and needs to update just about everything. Very old building just terrible. They would have to renovate.
