The leadership team is pretty responsive for a larger company. Most are pleasant and helpful

What does the leadership team need to get better at?
They need experience in the childcare field to be able to properly manage Teachers and childcare centers. If not they will be closing down soon due to horrible managers.

Compensation for field employees is low but it is also a struggle in the field in general.

I would feel better if i did not have to do multiple jobs when I'm only being paid for one.

Hire those with education, experience, and COMPASSION for children above all else - not a paycheck

The corporate level interaction is mostly positive but the field/ school level is negative for the most part
