I have been in the company for many many years. I have enjoyed the last few years because there has been a lot less turmoil and most people are no longer worried about their jobs.

I have had many incredible experiences and opportunities of growth over the years. However, the gradual shift in my company culture and environment is disheartening and painful to experience on a daily basis. Value your employees through genuine recognition, one-on-one/skip level discussions, & team building activities...even if needing to be conducted virtually. Grant time to employees to invest in and focus on personal development. Value, promote, & reward quality work, not speed which leads to rework.

The pay goes up very little compared to inflation, and does not keep in line with market rates and what is being offered for the job if a new person was being advertised for. What started off as a good wage ends up as below average over time.

there are leaders in our team who is politicizing everything. like using their supervisor position to hire friends which is conflict of interest ., everyday is a toxic day they prioritize on finding every mistake and making an issue out ofit even if its just a minor issue

Giving frequent awards and recognition to the deserved employee. The sales/Marketing and GTO team never interact but we call ourselves a family. So we need to have more interactions , plan on delivering strategic projects and then look for ROI from that.
