I took a significant pay cut to come to LHC as I believed in their mission and vision. The ED position is undervalued and underpaid for the responsibility and job duties required. LHC needs to re-evaluate their site leadership salaries against FMV.

As a travel nurse for LHC everything is good as long as I'm as i am woking 9-10 hour days bc I'm a salary position. Agencies and their ED they treat us travlers like work horsesif you say sonething then you're treated like an outcast or even beyond hatedul!! It's a bad culture for us travelers!!

The volume of work is significant and once a team member becomes burdened, they give up caring. The corporate team members respond to agency needs as if we are bothering them and we should "do it ourselves". If I were in corporate I would act as if the agencies are my customer.

Communication between office and field staff is extremely poor. Clinician expectations of traveling long distances w poor wages is unreasonable. Having a person dedicated to managing productivity and traveling would be beneficial for both field and office staff.
