What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team truly wants feedback - they don't go through the motions to get feedback to check an HR box. They solicit feedback and then use it to make the job better/easier.

Transparent and approachable people. No one is "too good" for anything. They are genuine and want Matic to succeed, and realize you make it there with quality people who deserve to be treated right.

Having more of a conversation with my hiring manager than feeling like I was being drilled with canned questions

They wanted to get to know me as a person. You could be fantastic at something, but horrible to work with. Or, you could need training on something but be an amazing asset and hard worker. They know their priorities and its to hire the person first.
