What do you like best about the leadership team?
I think the executives are mostly accessible (not the clinical people, the officers) with only a couple exceptions

I think technology is what is holding us together and moving us forward. From like 3 years ago when everything was a nightmare to now where everything works is such a difference.

The health plan doesn't consider families which is crazy as most of us have families

We don't really have a "culture" that anyone could identify, but my team works well together.
