What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Handling employees with care and respect. Leading by example. Helping to run the store better & not taking emotional personal issues out on employees at work. Racially motivated arguments shouldnt happen. Management needs more training or to be let go and replaced by better people.

Undervalued based in compensation, it is below a livable wage. Undervalued and underappreciated for the work that employees do. Management makes the job difficult.
