Some managers will actually respect you and treat you like family (usually not though)

Providing employees with the tools they need to do a good job. Safety is also not a huge concern.

To be able to earning a living wage. Currently I'm working two jobs. Because 2 managers won't allow me to work more hours.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Stop bullying, do their jobs. Clean up afterwards. Feed the animals. Currently the fish person does not feed any of the fish. "It makes the tanks dirty". Nor, do thy feed or give the betas fresh water. Only one girl cleans the salon. They are now trying to make her quit. I'm surprised she doesn't.

Be available to help customers. Just plainly help get tasks done instead of only worrying about tasks and the store and animals when corporate come in

Management likes to treat workers like garbage and like we do not matter. Tend to sit back and watch the chaos then wonder what is going wrong. If we had more help, the store and environment would improve much more.

When i go into work its like everything gets pushed on to me to do because it gets completed in a timely fashion. Customers ask other employees a question simply say i dont know dont even try to find out the answer. I been told multiple times by customers they find me if im working bcuz i help them

What do you like best about your company?
The new CEO. He is going to do wonderful things for that company. The work is enjoyable, and most customers are great! The satisfaction of the job is good, they just need to pay better for employee retention.
