Recognition...the dept that I work in is often overlooked when celebrating company success. We are not looked upon on the same level as other departments and that has a huge impact on feeling valued. Compensation - We're under the market by 20-30K and have had multiple people leave 4 more $$$

Comp has changed multiple times in a short period and management gets defensive about any questions. Instead of a base pay on par with the industry, they keep adjusting discretionary bonuses. There is no pay transparency.

For employees that have been with the company for a while and have stayed through the current job climate and current chaos, there is no real incentive to stay and help with the legacy and tribal knowledge. Many of us have this invaluable knowledge of systems and process and that is not compensated.
