Builders FirstSource: I was hired with an acquisition company and the transition was drastic, but the BFS transition team did an amazing job making it as easy as they could. I do work that is meaningful and instrumental to the success of my location and the pay and benefits are better than they were in the old company.

Builders FirstSource: I've been with the company for 26 years and have been through thick and thin with this company. I do know that we have good people in place when the going gets tough and that makes it better when you are going through the easy times with these people.
Builders FirstSource: Training is inadequate. Each new employee should be graded based on experience and put into the proper training pipeline based on experience level. The company loses a lot of money due to improper training.

However certain things need to be meet and some improvements need to be made. overall, though- enjoyable place that is continually growing, and we need to adapt and overcome new challenges.

I've done everything I can to help guide us through this time of expansion but then we lost half of our part of the company. This is very unsteady and I'm concerned about job security.

TaskUs: For the past 5 years, I've seen improvements and though there are still things/processes to improve, I can see that the company have grown far and I'm still happy to stay as long as they will really implement the promised changes on compensation.

Stop & Shop: At store level there is absolutely no support from leadership. responsibilities are off the chart especially when your down department managers . We were down five department managers and all responsibilities fall on the store with no support outside the store. Alarming !
Whataburger: We always find ways to pick ourselves up after adversity. I love that we can communicate to one another about what is going on and being able to work together to achieve our goals.
