Voice prompts when calling in are time consuming and only add to an inordinate amount of time it takes to get to an actual human. Multiple hand-offs with additional waits are your new norm. I asked to speak with a supervisor, got a vm, and no call back.

The Home Depot: Overall it was great until a month ago when I asked for a raise. The store manager is clearly upset about that and now he behaving like a passive aggressive bully.
Sam's Club: Better salary. We are being paid 12 dollars an hour when the competition starts at 16. They said (Sams) since last year, that we were gonna get a raise to 15 dollars and it never happened. Im seriously considering leaving.
