Honeywell: Horrible culture. Resistant to change. Difficult to move the needle of progression because there is a lot of tenure and employees don't know that there are other, better, more innovative ways of doing things. It's stagnant and suffocating to say the least.

Rolls-Royce: Very sad to see what has happened to the company since the start of the "working from home" culture. Feel very sad for young people joining the company who have no interaction with experienced engineers or day-to-day contact. Unprofessional and embarassing place to work now.

Sanford Health: Lack of appreciation. Low pay. Expensive benefits. Management takes employee work kuddos but will blame employees when something goes wrong. CEO change has gone downhill. Morale is low. Very low.

Lincare: Only associated with this company for three weeks. Have never been able to talk to a human being other than "can yo hold" and that applies to all offices and locations called. Can not get any customer service, no one to answer any questions.
