GE Renewable Energy: Not satisfactory. No transparency during the process and no feedback given. Which I would happily take to better myself. I was declined for the role, but there's no consideration for other roles though I'm extremely qualified for roles they are currently trying to fill.

BP: BP has a crippling toxic culture undoubtedly!! Promotions and performance reviews are based on "managing upwards" creating a "cult like" organisation. Seriously disturbing breaches of employee welfare occur often, read reviews from past employees. Yes, they are bitter but it is rightly justified.
Buffalo Wild Wings: I liked serving. Nice customers. Get tips daily. But the management needs work. My manager just made a new rule to where "certain" servers cant eat during their shift anymore. But everyone else can. They dont care about servers at all. Managers are petty... which cause servers to quit.

Dollar General: Some goods are affordable rather than other business products. I really like the stored cleanliness and I like they have self check outs at some locations hope all locations get it . It's convenient to use and quickly able to get on with my day rather than waiting in lines to purchase items.
Gartner: Continuous improvement culture, strives to offer cutting-edge insights and research. Needs more focus on customer product needs, not just the newest 'bells'. Somewhat siloed culture, difficult to collaborate with other depts. Very strong C-suite, but one level down is a 'boys club' mentality.

Speedway: Was forced to accept $18/hr SALARY to be a General Manager at my Speedway location in Pendleton to cover up the fact I had worked over 120 hours the prior pay period. There is no way to negotiate and I was never offered or given anything regarding a management employment contract

Globant: I work for many clients who collaborate with my company but the Globant culture has never been lost and I know that I always have a team behind me to support any eventuality.
Stryker: My leaders are extremely supportive and encourage a healthy work-life balance. With COVID daycare closures, sick family members, and other competing commitments - my team continued to check in, encourage taking time for myself, and always made me feel supported!
Texas Roadhouse: Needs to have better communication and less demanding things. Owner needs to step up.
