H E B: A 10% discount is offered, but that is not much at all. Pay is low for the amount of work expected.
Dollar General: Not fair and firing people for reasons that are not right. District manaher seemed to be casing the store. He was asking for the codes to the safe and making sure that all keys have a back door and front door key.

Starbucks: The experience you get from the company varies from location to location, depending upon the people you work with. I've been fortunate to work with great people who work hard and respect each other, but this is hardly the case everywhere.
Macy's: Most coworkers are unreliable. Managment is often nowhere to be found, dont Answer phone, etc. Pay is bad
Dollar Tree: They work you to death and pay you little to nothing and you can barely pay your bills and you don't get medical coverage

Burlington Coat Factory: Working the second time around was the worst expirience ever the management of the Natick Massachusetts store was from hell it was like a plantation Bonnie one of the managers there was the worst of all and the store manage along with others I would never shop there or work there horrible,!
Luxoft: Just a proxy between a customer company and the luxoft employees.
Concentrix: I came from a toxic culture and this experience has been a welcome change. I can count on what my superior says will actually happen. While that doesnt sound like much, not trusting your superior is a massive distraction
IHOP: Be professional and nicer to employees and customers
Family Dollar Stores: I feel I was not trained properly on the use of coupons as i did not know the correct way to discount the use of cigarettes coupons if I was properly trained I feel I would not have needed to be fired .
Concentrix: Concentrix owes me nothing. If they let me go tomorrow I would simply thank them for everything. I have poured my blood, sweat and tears into this place and they have reciprocated. I started out as an advisor and now I am in new logo sales. Thats a hell of a progression.
Concentrix: The company is supportive, but also realistic. Pressure is constant, but not relentless or bureaucratic. Some days you work 15 hrs, but others you can work less - as long as you are clear on expectations, you manage your performance.
Concentrix: i have worked in this company for many, many years and it is a much better company in terms for tool and services and everyone is on the same page to accomplish our goals.
Family Dollar Stores: I feel if I was trained properly I would not have been fired over not executing the use of coupons and discounts

DIGNITY HEALTH: Expedite calls to Doctors office. If I need info from my doctor it can take a week to filter through your call center. It is not a 911 or ER matter but needs prompt resolution. This is not a one time issue, it has happened before. This time it is an issue with my meds that needs a timely reply

Crate and Barrel: Outdated equipment, supervisor has favorites and if you ask to many questions etc you get a list to where you're made sure you won't hit your number goal no matter how fast or good you are! My supervisor acts like it's his company and he's working for himself. Lack of leadership really shows.
Concentrix: I was here for 14 years and then left for 2 years. I came back about a year ago and it felt like I came home. The welcome was unbelievable.

Nike: I love it its a fun job
UPS: Restructuring of management ends up with 6,500 positions eliminated at the cost of customer service non-existent. CEO Tome destroyed UPS culture in less than a year.
SAS: It's well below industry standards in exchange for benefits that really aren't that rare or exceptional now. I don't have kids and I don't live close enough to campus to gain value from those. Health care, 401k and PTO are pretty standard now.
Harbor Freight Tools: Answer the phones be honest Say you DO MOT have live people answering the phone.

American Express: Find a way to make sure it when a customer buy something from your company did once it's refunded to them they can find a way to get it back to the customer without all the complementary red tape and bureaucracy that's going on right now
Labcorp: The time frame of getting hired is what was so daunting. It took a solid month, which got pushed out twice just becasue they did not get the paperwork I sent three times, just to start.
Concentrix: I had this recent opportunity to move in to another area. That shows me how people can be valued here for their experience, and furthermore how you are accepted to join a different team with all necessary support and the way your leadership remains treating you as a talent pushing you to shine
