Banfield Pet Hospital: Banfield is a good secure corporate run practice. However it has its flaws with some policies for pets and associates. Climbing the ladder here is also difficult and takes years. In order to rise to success, you must ensure you befriend the upper management.
Berry Plastics: $5 an hr minimum pay increase, lower insurance premiums and deductible, more paid time off, paid maternity and paternity leave, Monday through Friday shifts getting double time on Sundays regardless of hours worked during the week.

Walmart: The company is driven by the bottom line. Not customers and definitely not employees. I have watched $1000s walk out the door and discovered even more theft after the fact. The company has no management training and seem to promote only individuals who are good at belittling, bullying and harrassing

Raising Cane's: I have loved the company and always have been passionate about my work but recently the CEO at C0442 has been changing up. He has kept us outside in below freezing weather while ignoring us when we say its too cold, even during slow times. The CEO has said rude things or encouraged rude statements.
TJX Companies : They need to be tuffer on the employees and managers need to be less passive aggressive. I is unfair that they expect more from certain employees than others while making the same wage. I understand that we are not all the same but they seem to lean alot more on the productive employees.
Banfield Pet Hospital: I do feel that my LM and leaders work for what is best for me and my team.
State Farm Insurance: Morale is in the toilet, and employees are getting NO acknowledgment from the higher ups. We're tires, and sick of working mandatory overtime. Instead of any updates or a 'good job' our managers (NO OFFICIAL COMMUNICATION OR ANYTHING IN WRITING) have told us we have to work even MORE hours.
