I loved working at wells fargo has some plus but alot of wrong doing and not taking care of loyal employees and customers it's ashame.

The inter viewer was warm and down to earth and eager to hire people and flexible with your needs.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
The leadership needs to be honest to there employees and stop taking there years and income when they know things that are going to happen with the business leaders need to have employees back like they have theres.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel under valued because I gave a 100% every day I went in to work regardless how I felt. I would feel valued as a employee and customer if my vice president would of set down and talk with me with the respect I deserved instead of making me leave.that was my years I served the bank not his.
