CenterPoint Energy: Do what you say, if you web page said that you call people before you shut off gas for late payment. Then do it, I know for a fact you don't. When one of your representatives tells a customer that they with call you before coming to your house make sure it is done. In my case it was not.
Salesforce: I appreciate very much being a contributing team member of a company that has been evolving and innovating consistently for over 30 years. I can't imagine how much blood, sweat and tears have gone into its growth and development. I have pride in being a small but integral part of the ongoing work.
