There were so many physical fights at work because the management doesnt care what you do and let people sit in the break room all day and not work. Somebody was shot in the parking lot after work once. Horrible work environment.

Accountability and hire a lead that actually knows what they're doing and not have a criminal background. We just dealt with a major theft ring in our warehouse it's sad

Find a better temp agency and at least 2 years driving experience because the entire warehouse is destroyed and I'm tired of sending emails that get ignored
