Listening to Employees and not treating people like a cog in the wheel

Promoting contractors to full-time when they are doing an exceptionable job vs. promoting a whole team of people because they are afraid to lose them. They promoted a whole team of people because everyone was quitting, and the rest of us that are excelling just have to wait and see.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
Compensation is fair, plus very strong benefits. Usually it's one or the other but it's a nice balance here.

The best part about my compensation package is the Base + Bonus structure. I feel my base salary is competitive and the bonus structure/payout of the bonus is great as well.

Budget dictates what is being offered for pay instead of skills and performance

I feel undervalued because I'm performing at a high level, and when I was brought on as a contractor, I was down-leveled somehow. I'm making less money than I should be, and I have already proved myself in my current role.

For the most part, everyone is kind and respectful towards one another. We laugh and enjoy each other's company, and do a VERY great job helping each other.
