What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Communication and support. They have failed to provide any information for the problems occurring and are never able to help. They take forever to get to you and they expect you to get to your destination on time when the traffic becomes unbearably controllable.

They could start with actually listening and responding appropriately to shopper concerns. Specifically the new non transparent pay scale which is absolutely a pay cut. Stop lying!

Shoppers have unequivocally been given a strong message they are not valued. To insinuate that shoppers asked for this pay cut is ludicrous. A fair and transparent pay scale is what is necessary.
